Together in session, we take time to gently notice and make sense of these patterns as they unfold, both in the stories you bring and in the shared space between us. Through careful attention and thoughtful reflection, new understanding can emerge. I offer a steady and accepting environment where you can explore your inner world, feel more fully seen and move toward greater authenticity and connection.

 

My work is grounded in a deep respect for your individuality and the meanings you bring to your experiences. I pay close attention to emotional processes, relational patterns and the ways early and ongoing relationships shape your inner world. Our work is responsive and collaborative, guided by authenticity and emotional attunement.
