Together, we’ll shape a therapeutic path that reflects your needs. My approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, relational, emotion-focused, and somatic modalities. I work from a person-centered, humanistic, and holistic perspective that honours the complexity and interconnectedness of your life.

Our counselling interns work directly under the supervision of Sabrina Lacasse, where every file is discussed through a psychodynamic and humanistic-experiential lens. All counselling interns develop and learn within a nurturing environment that provides structured and formative guidance. This enriches the therapeutic work while meeting the rigorous standards of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Sessions led by interns are offered at a reduced fee, making in-depth care more accessible.
