Rachael Irwin, M.A, RP(Q)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

My approach to therapy is psychodynamic and long term, perhaps drawing from other modalities depending on your own unique needs. The therapeutic process offers the space for increasing your self-awareness and self-understanding through deeper exploration of your self and inner world, looking at root contributors from past experiences and relationships to current relationship patterns, behavioural patterns, needs, etc. I hope to provide you support on your journey of self-discovery, insight, growth, and moving to where it is you would like to be in the future.
Our therapeutic relationship is an important component of your therapy and promoting change. I hope to provide a safe, warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space, where you feel comfortable being curious, exploring, and better understanding your internal world, moving at pace comfortable for you. I commend you for taking this step in your therapeutic journey.
