Natalie Guenette, M.A, RP,

Registered Psychotherapist

We are shaped by our relationships and by the stories we carry about ourselves, others, and the world around us. Sometimes, these stories keep us feeling stuck or disconnected. I believe therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to see things with more clarity and compassion. Through calm noticing and gentle exploration, we can begin to make sense of what feels overwhelming, reconnect with ourselves, and move toward change.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where your experiences are met with curiosity and care. My approach is integrative and relational, drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy, psychodynamic theory, and humanistic principles. I have extensive experience supporting members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and I pay close attention to how our therapeutic relationship can help you feel seen, empowered, and connected to what truly matters to you.
