Jessica Shrubsole, RP (Q)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

My goal in working with you is to create a safe, non-judgemental, and empathetic environment where you feel comfortable expressing your thoughts, experiences, and emotions. I strive to be warm and attentive, and I value curiosity and compassion. I believe change happens through greater awareness of ourselves, and I feel passionate about helping clients uncover insights with compassion and curiosity, while giving voice to the parts of themselves that may have been silenced or overlooked.

My approach to therapy is integrative, informed by psychodynamic, relational, and emotion-focused models. My focus is on understanding your emotional experiences, relational patterns, and how your past and present experiences inform the way you move through the world. I work collaboratively with clients to foster insight, strengthen emotional capacity, and support meaningful change over time.
