We’ll take the time to understand what you’re looking for, answer any questions you may have, and gently help you find the therapist who feels like the right fit for your journey.

All form submissions are reviewed by a member of our Client Care Team, which is made up of our Clinical Director, Clinical Manager, and Clinical Coordinator. If you selected a therapist from the dropdown above, your request will be forwarded to them directly if they are accepting new clients.
