Tobias Sirzyk, M.A, RP(Q)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
My therapeutic practice is guided by the belief that by exploring our unmet wants and needs, we can discover how to meet those needs in the present. My work emphasizes that everyone’s experience in therapy is unique. What we do in therapy looks different for everyone, and I am committed to providing a space where you can feel comfortable genuinely expressing yourself.

My focus is on helping support my clients’ journey from feelings of powerlessness to empowerment. We will collaborate to understand what works best for you and incorporate your interests into the work that we do. We might do so by discussing your thoughts, feelings, your past, and relationships. I believe in an integrative approach to therapy. I incorporate Psychodynamic and Emotion-Focused approaches into my practice, as well as elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
